Bloom, Bill and Nancy .. Jalbum 8.5
Members since: 1999

The reason we have Bill and Nancy Bloom as members is because you can't drive a WWII Jeep or GPA on the highway. Being an avid World War II vehicle restorer, Bill enjoyed restoration, but simply couldn't enjoy driving a vintage Jeep on the highway. So search for a Mustang was soon undertaken. Bill did things right, by joining the club first and asking lots of questions about what to look for before making a purchase.

After a short search, Bill found a one owner (or in this case, two owner's') 1965 convertible in California. The two owners were sisters who worked for an airline and bought the car brand new. The car was worn, but being a California car, it was rust free. Bill did an excellent restoration, asking lots of questions of the fellow club members, and managed to restore the car without any olive drab paint whatsoever.
Blooms at Kansas Speedway slides/Blooms at Kansas Speedway.shtml# Thu, 31 Dec 2009 12:03:08 -0600 Bill and Nancy escorting an IRL driver during driver introductions, 2009.
